Door Panel – Consists of two layers of 0.120" PVC, laminated to a thickness of 0.240" and embossed with a textured finish, with an approximate weight of 3 PSF.
Leading Edge – Standard 3" overlap at the center on bi-parting models acts as a noise and weather barrier.
Window – The typical setup includes a 15" x 14" clear vinyl window, centered in each panel 60" from the floor (Cal-OSHA available). Additional window configurations are also available.
Top Mounted Gravity Hinge – Features the standard Chase top-mounted gravity hinging system that opens instantly upon contact and closes automatically by gravity. The hinge includes a zinc mounting bracket with a stainless steel arm, through-bolted to the panel.
Impact Plates – Optional PVC impact plates come in colors such as forest green, navy, metallic gray, medium brown, red, royal blue, chocolate brown, and black.
