Door Panel – Constructed from two layers of USDA-approved, heavy-duty, abrasion-resistant, textured PVC, these layers are glued back to back for enhanced durability.
Wipers – Black wipers at the top and bottom, coupled with balloon jamb edge seals, provide a robust seal.
Leading Edge – A 3" overlap at the center on bi-parting doors serves as an effective noise and temperature barrier.
Windows – A range of window configurations is offered. The standard window measures 15" x 14" and is centered in each panel. An optional larger window of 30" x 14" is also available, centered 60" from the floor. Cal-OSHA compliant windows, centered 54" from the floor, are additionally available. Other custom window configurations can be accommodated.
Top Mounted Gravity Hinge – Features the Chase top-mounted gravity hinging system that operates by opening instantly upon contact and closing automatically by gravity. The hinge is equipped with a zinc mounting bracket and a stainless steel arm that is through-bolted to the panel.
