Door Panel
This door is lightweight and features reliable opening and closing mechanisms. It has an overall panel thickness of 1-1/2 inches, a skin thickness of 1/8 inch, and can be customized up to dimensions of 8' x 10'. The rotationally molded polyethylene outer skin maintains its properties down to -40°F.

Insulated Core
Features a high-density, Non-CFC urethane core foamed-in-place, creating a strong bond with the outer skin. This provides sound reduction and excellent thermal insulation with an R-value of 9.86.

Internal Reinforcement
A 1-inch diameter hinge post is molded into the door and extends the full length of the panel for structural stability. The hinge post fits into the jamb guard, and the leading edge is further reinforced with an aluminum extrusion for added support.

Gasketing
The door uses replaceable perimeter edge gasketing to minimize energy transfer between environments. It comes standard with gasketing along the leading, back, and bottom edges. Partial gasketing options are available.

Upper Hinge
Features a patented v-cam hinge system that allows movement up to 120 degrees in each direction.

Lower Hinge Assembly
This assembly secures the lower hinge post, preventing horizontal door movement and protecting the hinge post from impact damage with its lower hinge guard.

Window
Equipped with large, virtually scratch-resistant polycarbonate windows.
