Its design is seamless with no gaps, joints, or seams, and it includes corrosion-resistant hardware such as composite V-Cams, stainless steel rollers, and stainless steel lower hinge guards as standard components.

Impact Resistance
Tests confirm that the door's rotationally molded polyethylene construction is five times more puncture-resistant and three times more flexible than the ABS material used by competitors, offering superior impact resistance.

Insulated Core
The door utilizes a Non-CFC urethane core that is foamed-in-place, creating a strong bond with the outer skin. This ensures effective sound reduction and excellent thermal insulation.

Gasketing
Replaceable perimeter edge gasketing minimizes energy transfer between environments. The door is standardly equipped with gaskets along the leading, back, and bottom edges.

Upper Hinge & Roller Assembly
Features our patented composite V-Cam hinge system, capable of moving 120 degrees in either direction. The fully composite V-Cam roller assembly is designed to resist corrosion and rust, with stainless steel bearings ensuring years of service and minimal maintenance.

Lower Hinge Guard & Back Spine
