Construction Details:

• Panel Design: FlexTherm® Insulated Panels are available in widths of 5' or 6', with full-height Velcro connections that facilitate the creation of continuous walls.
• Durable Materials: Each panel features a heavy-duty reinforced vinyl shell that is NFPA 701 fire rated, with laminated bubble foil insulation that meets ASTM-E-84 Fire Standards.
• Functional Mounting: Grommets across the top of each panel allow for easy mounting.
• Enhanced Sealing: An adjustable floor sweep on the bottom seals the curtain wall to the floor, while edges are folded and sewn with moisture and UV-resistant thread to protect from environmental factors. Double-needle stitching is applied to prevent unraveling.

Customization and Options:

• Panels can be cut on-site to accommodate openings, obstacles, or penetrations, with provided patch kits to seal any modifications.
• Optional Features: Include free-standing door frames for curtain openings, strip doors, swinging doors, air curtains, and roll-up vinyl doors.

• FlexTherm® I: Offers up to 27°F (15°C) of temperature separation with an R-Value of 7.0.
