Door Panel – Constructed from 0.160" thick PVC, these door panels feature an embossed finish that resists scratches, scuffs, and abrasions. Each panel weighs approximately 3 PSF and is available in Forest Green or Black, with a variety of impact plate color options.
Wipers – Balloon jamb edge seals, along with top and bottom wipers, are included to ensure a positive seal.
Leading Edge – A 3" overlap at the center on bi-parting doors acts as an effective noise and temperature barrier.
Impact Plates – Optional 48" high textured PVC impact plates enhance the strength and durability of the door panel. Available colors include forest green, navy, red, black, medium brown, chocolate brown, metallic gray, royal blue, beige, and dark gray.
Windows – Extra-large viewing areas enhance visibility and safety.
Top Mounted Gravity Hinge – Features the standard Chase top-mounted gravity hinging system. This system opens instantly upon contact and closes automatically by gravity, with a zinc mounting bracket and a stainless steel arm that is through-bolted to the panel.
